Leaving Santiago, our first stop will be at A Barosa Natural Park. The Natural Park A Barosa is a natural paradise where you can relax and enjoy the most rural Galicia. The environment is characterized by oak, chestnut and laurel trees, waterfalls and rapids of the Agra River, as well as mills dating back to the 12th century.
The next stop is in Combarro, a picturesque fishing village on the banks of the Pontevedra Ria. Here we can visit its historic centre, strolling through its cozy streets, where the horreos and cruzeiros are very characteristic. The cruzeiros is a typical construction of Galicia and in general of Celtic regions, such as Ireland or Brittany.
Afterwards, we will head to the port, where we will embark on a cruise along the Ria (optional) with bateas of mussel, oysters and scallops. While we enjoy the cruise, we will have included on board prawns, free buffet of mussels, Albariño wine, soft drinks, water and pomace shots.
Then you will have free time for lunch and after having eaten, we will head to a winery with designation of origin Rias Baixas in Sanxenxo, where we can tour its vineyards, learn the process of elaboration and enjoy a wonderful tasting of 3 of its best wines.
At the end of the visit, we will start the journey back to Santiago de Compostela.
